The Cosmic Caper

Analyzing Data

As you sit there in your round and comfy chair on Zorb, your thoughtful eyes dart around, from screen to screen. The choice to stay and analyze the data before rushing off seems wise to you. 'Much easier,' you think, 'to see where the coffee cups are, rather than asking a whole planet of humans, one by one!'. So starfish fingers fly as you punch in codes and zoom into data streams. Munching on a gurpleberry stick, you let your computer grunt and crunch on tiny bits and pieces of information. Slow crunches become happy beeps. Bingo! The computer finds something interesting!

Your large, alien eyes grow twice as wide. The computer is pointing you to a planet far from Earth, a spot among the silver and twinkling stars - Planet Xion. Your spaceship hums as data is sent to navigations, and off it glides, jumping the starry route to Xion. The spaceship soars past other glowy spaceships and constant stars, finally parking itself onto tall, silver clouds circling Xion. Your stomach flutters, not from the gurpleberry stick but the excitement of mysteries soon to be unfolded.

There is something very fishy going on in Xion, involving Earth coffee cups of all things! The locals seem to be trading them, and in large numbers. You take a moment to wonder, how would coffee cups travel so far, from a tiny blue dot like Earth to the huge purple planet of Xion? With a click and smirk, you note down the coffee cup data that shouldn't be here, but is. One thing is sure - someone is sneaking out these coffee cups, but the question of 'who' paints an intriguing shadow of mystery. Warming up to the chase, you decide to continue your detective journey – To solve the case of missing coffee cups!
